This role will assist with both proactive and reactive investigations and actively address internal and external threats to Tesla's equities. This role will report to the Manager for Security Intelligence Investigations. What You'll Do Be a member of a team of investigators to identify, exploit, disrupt, or protect against any undermining of Tesla's business operations Assist with highly sensitive, complex, and confidential investigations into incidents of data loss, intellectual property theft, technology misuse, and conflict of interest Conducts reviews and provide analysis of internal network activity and available open-source information to identify incidents of data loss Collaborate with technical forensic investigators to integrate technical and human investigations into one high efficiency function Partner with Legal and Human Resources and other investigative/analysis functions across the company to ensure timely completion of investigations Will be required to solve complex problems with data from multiple sources and make recommendations to leadership on the appropriate strategy Must effectively communicate at all levels of the company, including at the executive level What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience as an investigator with local, state or federal law enforcement or intelligence community and/or equivalent experience in a corporate security environment Proficiency in open-source research Comfort with ambiguity; the ability to change focus quickly due to shifting corporate priorities Self-starter who is results oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who take initiative and risks Strong communicator, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Excel. Experience with
SOAR/SIEM
