Job Description
Tasking will include:
Policy Formulation, Development and Dissemination Support. Implementation and Compliance Support Education and Training Support Modernization and Acquisition Support Analysis and Research Support Conference, Workshop and Meeting Support Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience. In lieu of a degree will also consider an Associate's degree and 11 years or experience, or High School and 14 years. Experience in Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) or Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (CBRND) operations Demonstrated experience with Major Command (MAJCOM) or DoD agency Operation Plans (OPLANS) and Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) Proven experience in Arms Control policy, compliance, or implementation Experience supporting military exercises, war games, and operational planning Expert knowledge of CWMD and CBRND doctrine, policy, and operational concepts Strong understanding of Air Force organizational structure and MAJCOM operations Proficiency in drafting and preparing military doctrine-style documents Knowledge of Arms Control treaties, agreements, and compliance frameworks Familiarity with Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) development Must be a US Citizen with an Top Secret Clearance & SCI eligibility. Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package. Posted Salary Range USD $119,610.00 - USD $186,975.00 /Yr.Qualifications:
