Job Description

Responsibilities •This is part of a proposal effort and is contingent on contract award Noblis is hiring an Arms Control & CWMD Analyst. This will be a full time role located onsite at Langley Air Force Base (AFB), Virginia. The Analyst shall provide full-time, on-site CWMD support at selected MAJCOMs and other related agencies as identified by AF/A10S at CONUS and OCONUS locations. The Analyst shall support each identified MAJCOM and provide subject matter expertise support on AF/A10S, CWMD, and CBRN defense plans and policy. The Analyst shall assist the MAJCOMs/agencies identified above with implementing AF CWMD guidance/implementation. Additionally, the Analyst shall provide the following support: Assist AF/A10 in integrating and ensuring CWMD efforts in MAJCOM/agency AOR Operation Plans (OPLANS) and CONOPS. Research, draft, and prepare doctrine style documents for AF review and implementation. Coordinate amongst staff offices within the MAJCOMs/agencies on chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense (CBRND) and CWMD Operational concepts and CONOPS to ensure integration of CWMD and CBRND efforts across the organization and within supported and subordinate units. Support the development/institutionalization of CWMD doctrine, policy, education, and training, as well as TTPs, at the MAJCOM/agency. The Analyst shall attend meetings, exercises, war games, conferences, and WGs to further emphasize and support AF CWMD requirements. The Analyst will also provide support to Arms Control missions.
Tasking will include:

Implementation and Compliance Support Education and Training Support Modernization and Acquisition Support Analysis and Research Support Conference, Workshop and Meeting Support Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience. In lieu of a degree will also consider an Associate's degree and 11 years or experience, or High School and 14 years. Experience in Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) or Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (CBRND) operations Demonstrated experience with Major Command (MAJCOM) or DoD agency Operation Plans (OPLANS) and Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) Proven experience in Arms Control policy, compliance, or implementation Experience supporting military exercises, war games, and operational planning Expert knowledge of CWMD and CBRND doctrine, policy, and operational concepts Strong understanding of Air Force organizational structure and MAJCOM operations Proficiency in drafting and preparing military doctrine-style documents Knowledge of Arms Control treaties, agreements, and compliance frameworks Familiarity with Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) development Must be a US Citizen with an Top Secret Clearance & SCI eligibility. Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package. Posted Salary Range USD $119,610.00 - USD $186,975.00 /Yr.
