Duties Help Develop NGIC's collection specificions for nional collection assets for input into IC planning. Under the guidance and oversight of the Forces Director, work with the Middle East/Africa/Lin America Division Chief and Senior Intelligence Analysts (SIA) to plan production, ensure its focus on priority issues, identify gaps and plan collection. The SIO develops policy guidance all levels of interactions and forms the basis of authoritive intelligence assessments or agency positions. Use expert knowledge of the evolving thre environment, define the critical intelligence issues th the Division and Directore must address to provide war-fighters, comb developers, and policy makers with the decision advantage they require.
