Duties Help The NCTC Interagency Fusion Cell (NIFC) seeks a highly motived officer to serve as a Targeting Analyst. The NIFC monitors, analyzes, and integres all-source intelligence on Foreign Terrorist Organizion (FTO)-Designed Transnional Criminal Organizions (FDTCO) for a broad set of U.S. Government customers and partners. SALARY DETERMINATION
The ODNI uses a rank-in-person system in which rank is tached to GS employees on the basis of individual qualificions, experience, and performance. Individuals whose current GS grade is equivalent to the grade of the advertised position will retain their current grade and step. Individuals who transfer to the ODNI from a non-GS pay scale will have base pay converted to the approprie GS grade and step as determined by the Chief of Human Resource Management. Current federal employees whose current GS grade is lower than the grade of the advertised ODNI position will have pay set his or her current grade and step. In some cases when a current federal civilian employee applies for an ODNI position th is a lower grade than his or her personal grade, the candide's personal grade downgraded to the grade of the advertised ODNI position and pay set the step th is closest to, and not less than, the employee's current annual base re of pay, not to exceed the maximum step re of the GS grade to which assigned.
