Job Requirements Springfield, VA Top Secret/SCI Polygraph not specified Entry Level (less than 2 yrs experience) Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Full Motion Video (FMV) Analyst Footbridge Federal is seeking Full Motion Video (FMV) Analysts to support critical intelligence missions. This opportunity includes formal FMV training, hands-on experience, and clear advancement paths into senior analyst, instructor, subject matter expert, and management positions. New FMV analysts will complete a three-week formal training course followed by structured on-the-job training covering FMV tradecraft, exploitation tools, imagery analysis, and mission-specific procedures. Responsibilities
- Analyze and exploit Full Motion Video collected from ISR platforms.
- Produce imagery-derived intelligence products, graphics, and reports.
- Apply all-source intelligence to support FMV and imagery analysis.
- Provide real-time intelligence and maintain situational awareness during active operations.
- Prepare intelligence materials and briefings for government personnel.
- Use imagery exploitation tools and electronic light tables to analyze national-level imagery.
- Support high-tempo intelligence operations in a team environment. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of intelligence analysis experience OR a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Completion of a formal military Intelligence School or equivalent intelligence training (All-Source, IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, etc.).
- Basic understanding of the intelligence cycle and intelligence processes.
- Strong analytical, writing, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to communicate intelligence clearly and quickly during high-tempo operations.
- Ability to type at least 32 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Ability to accurately distinguish red, green, blue, and yellow on a video display.
- Ability to successfully complete required customer FMV training and maintain FMV analyst qualifications. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Full Motion Video or imagery exploitation experience.
- Understanding of FMV sensors and ISR platforms.
- Familiarity with FMV operations and the TCPED process.
- Experience with national-level imagery and imagery product standards.
- Counterterrorism analysis experience.
- Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings.
- Ability to work independently and solve tasks of varying scope and complexity.
