Consumer Reserach Specialist Type:
Temporary ( 8/4/26 - 10/7/26)

Pay:
$40+/hour
Schedule:
Mon to Fri (8:00am-5:00pm)
Description:
This contractor will support one specific model's post launch research. The project includes the development, programming, execution and reporting of three online surveys, with an expected start date in the second half of August.
Duties:
Under National Manager's direct supervision, provide support for the following: Prepare the questions for all three surveys. Program the survey questions into Qualtrics and then complete testing of the programming. Launch and monitor fieldwork, including bi-weekly monitoring of Dealer's sales of the model counts and their subsequent invitation to complete the survey. Review, clean and weight the raw data. Update the charts, tables and commentary in each of the three PowerPoint reports. For the Early Buyers Survey, manage our research partner, Escalent, who will have responsibility for programming, fielding, data cleaning and reporting. The other two surveys are managed 100% in-house by the Regional Strategy Management team.
Skills and Experience Requested:
5 years of experience in consumer research, market research, or related role preferred. Experience with Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with writing consumer research surveys. Experience with Qualtrics online survey software. Must be able to program surveys, launch and monitor fieldwork, clean, weight and analyze raw data. Experience with the Automotive Industry would be preferred. Experience of working with and managing research vendors would be preferred.
