Key Responsibilities:

Manage and prioritize assigned cases based on various factors to ensure timely completion. Conduct research and outreach to verify case details through a high volume of outbound calls. Accurately document findings, maintaining consistency with company standards. Maintain open communication with team members and leadership regarding case progress. Consistently meet daily performance metrics related to research accuracy, call volume, and case resolution. Perform additional tasks assigned to support the research process.

Qualifications & Skills:

Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and handle priority cases effectively. Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls as part of daily tasks. Excellent communication and research skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. High attention to detail with the ability to review and correct errors accurately. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to learn and work with JIRA and other relevant tools.
