Job Description

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Researcher to join our team. This role requires strong investigative skills, a sharp eye for accuracy, and the ability to uncover critical information efficiently and precisely. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research to verify identities, discover assets, and compile detailed reports using a combination of online databases, privileged research applications, and creative problem-solving techniques. Key Responsibilities:
Perform research and investigate the identity of a defined subject or person using online databases and privileged research applications. Accurately document findings and provide detailed, well-organized reports that align with company standards. Follow specific research standards and expectations while using critical thinking to go beyond conventional methods. Analyze and synthesize large amounts of data to verify key details and uncover relevant insights. Maintain open communication with team members and leadership regarding case progress and findings. Consistently meet performance metrics related to research accuracy, efficiency, and case resolution.
Qualifications & Skills:
Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and handle priority cases effectively. Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls as part of daily tasks. Excellent communication and research skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. High attention to detail with the ability to review and correct errors accurately. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to learn and work with JIRA and other relevant tools.
Schedule:
