Job Description

The Staffing Alliance is currently seeking a clerical Intake Specialist for office work in Laurinburg, NC at a low income housing development. Candidate must have previous housing authority experience.

Perks:

Temp to perm $16.00 Monday thru Friday schedule Weekly pay

Responsibilities:

Receive applications and input data into database Meet with clients to collect documents Verify eligibility for program Complete income calculations Data entry Provides excellent customer service to candidates and tenants

Requirements:

Low income housing experience required Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Associate degree preferred Strong computer skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Rent calculations experience Eligibility determination experience
