Position Summary General Atlantic is looking to hire a Temporary HCM Analyst to join the Human Capital Management team in our New York office. This will be a 6-8-week assignment. HCM recently cascaded results from GA's firm-wide Workday Peakon Employee Voice survey. This role will provide temporary support producing survey reports for leaders and managers, pulling data from Peakon, using Excel to organize results, and formatting outputs into PowerPoint using GA's report templates. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable moving across multiple tools, and able to manage a high volume of report requests within a defined timeframe. Responsibilities Extracting and organizing Peakon survey data (driver scores, question-level scores, participation rates) for assigned business areas Cross-checking all figures against Peakon and data files before they go into any report Populating individual results decks using our standard PowerPoint template Flagging data issues (e.g. missing teams, blended scores across areas, groups below the anonymity threshold) Light formatting and QA
