$17/hr on 1099 or $16/hr on w2 Job description: Review and moderate data to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with guidelines. Identify and correct errors, duplicates, and inappropriate or irrelevant content. Maintain accurate records and categorize data according to established standards. Work efficiently with moderation tools while meeting quality and productivity targets. Qualifications Any above language speaker of the target language, fluent in English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; friendly, respectful, and patient demeanor. Reliable and punctual — able to manage a full daily schedule of back-to-back sessions responsibly. Comfortable with video call platforms and following detailed technical/procedural instructions. Previous experience in customer service, moderating/facilitating, research studies, or field operations preferred.
