Day-to-day responsibilities of this position:
Conducts in-person / virtual surveys Complete the instrument-specific training Contact individuals, guardians, and/or family members to explain what the survey is about and answer questions Arrive at interviews on time and prepared Conduct the interview in a professional manner Ensure that all data is accurately documented and saved in the online data management system. Performs research activities by utilizing computer software to obtain data. Reviewing and summarizing data using data analysis tools. Qualifications Minimum or "day-one" qualifications: Complete/pass a background check Strong communication skills Reliable transportation Reliable internet Perform work using the Internet and other computer-related sources Compose and produce reports, documents and related material Some experience with creating and administering surveys, using data analysis tools and software, preferred but not required Experience creating and working on research projects, preferred but not required Good Listener Self-motivated with the ability to work a flexible schedule Supplemental Information Risks found in the typical office setting, which is adequately lighted, heated and ventilated, e.g., safe use of office equipment, avoiding trips and falls, observing fire regulations, etc. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to perform the work; however, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying light items; driving an automobile, etc. Special physical demands are not required to perform the work.
