CTH Experience & Qualifications Perform pole loading and make-ready engineering. Analyze aerial attachments in compliance with NESC and pole owner standards. Process field data collected via Katapult and IKE. Conduct structural analysis using O-Calc and SPIDAcalc. Prepare aerial permit drawings. Entry to mid-level experience; strong emphasis on training and skill development. Demonstrated focus on accuracy, constructability, and adherence to jurisdictional requirements. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and systems. Operate within SPANS and NJUNS systems. Collaborate closely with Permit Coordinators and Design Leads to ensure accuracy and compliance.
