The Research Specialist will be responsible for assisting in conducting guided research in the Biobehavioral Mechanisms Explaining Disparities (BMED) Lab. Under the guidance of the lab manager and/or project coordinator, the individual will assist with conducting participant visits and maintaining study materials, individual participant files, and standard operating procedures for a National Institutes of Health (NIH) RF1 grant. The position will involve handling sensitive and confidential information that must be secured, and the individual must ensure that the private information of study participants remains confidential. This is a part-time position working up to 20 hours per week and is funded by grant funds for one year. Special Instructions to

Hiring Range:

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree 1+ years of experience In lieu of the experience requirement, additional related education beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted on an equivalent year-for-year basis.
Valid Texas Driver's License Skills:
