Job Description

Job Description Intelligence Planner Expert Our work depends on an Intelligence Analyst SME to engage in defense and security efforts within the Pacific theater. You will lead the design of enterprise-level intelligence strategies, ensuring the customer's long-term planning remains synchronized with the most critical National Defense priorities while maintaining a state of permanent theater-readiness.
Enterprise Strategic Design:
Direct the development and high-level integration of complex intelligence plans and annexes that shape the customer's strategic posture.
High-Level Synchronization:
Lead coordination efforts with senior leadership at the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands (CCMDs), and across the Intelligence Community (IC) to synchronize China-focused planning.
Crisis Architecture:
Architect and oversee the implementation of preemptive surge plans, ensuring the organization can pivot to a crisis-response status within mission-mandated timelines.
Adaptive Mission Planning:
Analyze shifts in the geopolitical landscape to proactively adjust intelligence collection, production, and dissemination priorities.
Contractor Support Planning:
Develop and maintain comprehensive contractor support plans in response to customer-generated scenarios based on Theater plans and emerging requirements.
Expert Policy Guidance:
Author authoritative planning policy recommendations, management reports, and technical assessments for the highest levels of leadership.
Readiness Oversight:
Validate that all strategic planning documents and operational frameworks support a 72-hour response timeline for emerging requirements during contingency operations.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph
US Citizenship Required On Customer Site Desired Education and Experience:
Master's degree with 20 years of related experience. At least a portion of your experience must be in the last 2 years.
Required Skills:
Recognized expertise in Joint Intelligence Planning (JOPP), Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX), and contingency plan development. Proven track record of leading large-scale intelligence planning initiatives at the National or Geographic CCMD level. Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure mission surges and navigate complex organizational hierarchies.
Preferred Skills:
Extensive experience supporting U.S. military operations in the Indo-Pacific region or China-specific mission sets. Experience developing Annex W (Operational Contract Support) for theater priority plans. Prior experience with red teaming and intelligence feasibility assessments. Familiarity with the customer's operational spectrum and staffing drivers. Advanced certification in Joint Planning or equivalent senior-level professional military education (e.g.
JIPP, SAMS, SAW, JAWS, MAWS, SAASS
).

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
