Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Managed Lanes & Ramp Signal Program Manager to oversee the operation and performance of express lane and ramp metering systems throughout a major transportation corridor. This role is heavily focused on traffic operations, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement, using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and ATMS platforms to monitor system performance and optimize traffic flow. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Transportation Management Center (TMC), traffic operations, signal operations, ITS, dispatch, or a similar operations-focused environment. Responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, updating operational procedures, managing system parameters, producing reports, and coordinating operational improvements. Candidates must have a STEM-related bachelor's degree, traffic signal experience, and strong analytical and documentation skills. • STEM-related Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in a TMC, operations center, dispatch center, or similar environment
• Experience with traffic signal operations, maintenance, or design
• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
• Ability to pass an extensive background check and fingerprinting process
• ITS, Managed Lanes, Express Lanes, Tolling, or Ramp Metering experience
• Experience with ATMS (advanced traffic management system) systems
• Power BI and advanced Excel skills
• IMSA Traffic Signal Technician Level II certification
• Familiarity with FDOT policies and traffic operations procedures
• Experience developing SOPs and operational reports
