TS/SCI Education:

Associate's degree required, with Bachelor's degree preferred. Knowledge & Experience required:

• 3 years of experience as a member of ATO Production, with 1 year as a Chief of ATO Production or Combat Plans.
• NAF
• level experience required with

AFFOR, MAJCOM

Staff experience desired

• In depth understanding of current ATO Production and MAAP Planning doctrine and TTPs.
• Understanding of the duties and functions of the ATO Production, MAAP Planner, and ATO Change personnel in theater warfare.
• Familiarity with the duties of the other Combat Plans Teams, to include TET and C2, with an understanding of current MAAP team duties and responsibilities.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in employment of TTPs of air and space weapons systems typically utilized by a Joint Air Component C/C to include manned and unmanned, kinetic and non-kinetic.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in database management and mission planning.
• In-depth current knowledge of TBMCS planning applications with emphasis on database management in

TAP, EMR, MAAP

Toolkit and follow on versions, with expert knowledge of mission planning in TAP/EMR and MAAP Toolkit.

• Highly knowledgeable of AOC exercises and exercise constructs including Live, Virtual, Constructive, and combinations.
• Knowledge of MSEL process.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• ATO Pro must know the details of the doctrinal AOC ATO production cell processes to ensure the ATO production cell creates, modifies, and maintains accurate planning databases in current operational weapons system including, but not limited to TBMCS.
• ATO Pro shall establish or use 505 CTS defined procedures to ensure the ATO production constructs complete, accurate, properly formatted, and timely mission tasking using current operational weapons system including, but not limited to, TBMCS using standard ATO formats.
• Ensure the ATO production supports compilation and publication of relevant SPINS.

Establish and disseminate procedures for incorporating changes prior to publication and dissemination of the daily ATO. Develop and maintain a comprehensive address list of approved ATO recipients and coordinate redundant procedures for ATO dissemination.
