Whiteland, Indiana job type: Contract salary: $18.91 - 30.00 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Create and manage shipping labels for inbound supplier shipments, quality returns, and premium freight requests.

Submit and track transportation carrier claims while maintaining accurate documentation, databases, and spreadsheets.

Manage daily email and phone communications with internal cross-functional teams and external carriers to resolve inquiries efficiently.

Draft, review, and proofread transportation reports, business communications, and presentations for accuracy and corporate compliance.

Participate in process improvement initiatives, self-audits, and team audits to enhance operational quality and reliability.

qualifications:

Technical or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or an equivalent field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of logistics/supply chain experience or a relevant analytical role, backed by strong critical thinking skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) combined with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
