Job Description

Overview The Zoning Administrator is responsible for administering and enforcing the Village's Zoning Ordinance to ensure compliance with land use regulations. This includes reviewing development proposals, issuing permits, inspecting sites, and providing technical support to the Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals.
Duties Required Skills:
-Understanding of zoning principles, land use law, and site development standards. -Ability to explain complex regulations clearly and handle adversarial situations with diplomacy.
Skills Qualifications:
-Previous experience with zoning administration or in a related field or equivalent experience.
Work Location:
In person
