Job Summary The Real Estate Development Analyst will support the evaluation, planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale commercial mixed-use developments, including stadium-anchored districts. The role combines core development analysis and project-management capabilities with applied expertise in at least one complementary discipline. Assignments will be tailored to the candidate's background while providing broad exposure to the full development lifecycle. Reporting directly to the leadership team, the Analyst will collaborate with internal team members and external architects, engineers, planners, contractors, market consultants, public agencies, capital partners, clients, and other development stakeholders. The position may support the firm in a wide range of areas including conceptual site planning, design and construction document review, consultant coordination, entitlements and approvals, economic development and P3 initiatives, market research, feasibility analysis, and project delivery. Strong analytical thinking, communication, organization, and cross-disciplinary collaboration are critical for success. Responsibilities
Development Analysis:
Analyze sites, plans, schedules, budgets, regulations, market conditions, and feasibility considerations to support development decisions.Architecture, Engineering & Planning Support:
Depending on experience, support conceptual site planning; review design drawings and construction documents; assess zoning, infrastructure, constructability, and program alignment; and coordinate architecture, engineering, planning, and construction consultants.Economic Development & Public-Private Partnerships:
Support community and economic development strategies, public-sector coordination, incentive analysis, public funding approaches, and P3 implementation.Market & Feasibility Studies:
Conduct or evaluate market, demand, demographic, competitive-supply, site, and feasibility studies; synthesize findings into practical development recommendations.Due Diligence & Approvals:
Coordinate site and project due diligence, identify development risks, and support entitlement, permitting, agency, and stakeholder processes.Development Management:
Track milestones, deliverables, schedules, consultant assignments, and key decisions from predevelopment through construction and project delivery.Presentation & Reporting:
Prepare clear reports, presentations, maps, diagrams, analytical outputs, and decision materials for leadership, clients, public partners, and other stakeholders. Requirements- Entrepreneurial individual with strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, urban planning, real estate, economics, public administration, construction management, geography, urban studies, mathematics, business, or a related field; a master's degree or professional credential is a plus.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate development or a related or complementary discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following areas: architecture; civil, structural, or other relevant engineering; urban or site planning; design or construction document review; economic development; public-private partnerships; or market, demand, and feasibility studies.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, research, project-evaluation, and document-review skills.
- Working knowledge of the real estate development lifecycle and the ability to coordinate across technical, public-sector, market, and business disciplines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
- Flexible and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal team members, clients, consultants, public agencies, and development stakeholders.
Pay:
