Land Manager Responsibilities:

Manage leasing activities and communicate directly with land and mineral owners Negotiate leases, settlements, and other land-related agreements Research and resolve land, title, and ownership issues Handle rights-of-way and division order matters Assist with changes of ownership and related documentation Work closely with accounting on ownership, payment, and land-related matters Coordinate outsourced land work and outside land professionals Support land activities related to drilling and ongoing operations Maintain strong relationships with property owners and other external stakeholders Serve as an internal resource for land and oil and gas industry-related questions Landman /

Land Manager Qualifications:

3-5 years of relevant Landman experience Strong understanding of oil and gas land practices and terminology Experience with leasing, owner relations, division orders, rights-of-way, and ownership issues Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to independently manage multiple land matters and outside resources Strong communication and relationship-building skills #HRO123
