Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a LMS consultant for a Contract with a client in Dallas, TX (Hybrid). The ideal candidate with expertise in workforce planning, labor forecasting, and operational optimization across supply chain and distribution environments.
Rate Range:
$55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
LMS consultant Job Responsibilities include:
Assess current workforce management and labor planning processes to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and optimization. Design and implement labor forecasting models using historical volumes, demand patterns, seasonality, customer service requirements, and operational constraints. Develop dynamic workforce planning frameworks for distribution centers, warehousing, transportation, and shared service operations. Define labor standards, productivity benchmarks, and workforce capacity planning methodologies to support business objectives. Provide labor budgeting, staffing recommendations, and demand-to-capacity planning strategies to align workforce levels with operational needs. Collaborate with operations leaders and executive stakeholders to validate forecasting assumptions, establish labor KPIs, and implement governance models for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in labor management, workforce planning, labor forecasting, or supply chain operations, with experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics, or retail environments. Hands-on experience with Labor Management Systems (LMS). Strong expertise in labor forecasting, workforce optimization, engineered labor standards, capacity planning, staffing models, and executive stakeholder management. Pay Details:
