Job Description
Typical tasks may include:
Researching and conveying trends and best practices. Preparing for and attending customer interviews, site visits, meetings, and presentations. Managing aspects of projects from start to finish including budget, time, and team deliverables. Planning and facilitating interactive workshops and other engagement activities. Producing presentations, graphics, reports, and a variety of other materials. Collaborating with clients, colleagues, and team members to deliver successful facility plans, master plans, and site plans. Requirements Three or more years of experience in a professional setting relating to planning or architecture work. A master's or bachelor's degree in architecture, planning or a related field. Skilled at leading and managing budget and time in a team environment. Technical writing skills for report production and other documents. Advanced proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Proficient at working with ArcPro GIS and/or AutoCAD. A valid driver's license and ability to conduct field work which may include travel. Desired skillsAICP, RLA, PE, RA
certification, LEED AP or higher Previous experience with military or federal planning. Application This is an hourly, nonexempt position, with a base salary starting at $36.50/hour, DOE.
