Job Description

CURRENT EMPLOYEES
- Please apply using "Jobs Hub" in Workday. This career site is for external applicants only. The Land Coordinator provides administrative and technical support to the Land Team. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a solid understanding of land operations, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and assist with various contracts and oil and gas agreements. Draft complex and routine correspondence for review and signature. Generate reports from Quorum and other land management systems. Conduct surface land ownership research using internal and external digital resources. Support technical analysis of oil and gas contracts and related agreements. Track and monitor internal documents, workflows, and processes. Provide land-related information critical to property development. Collaborate across multiple disciplines, including Land, Accounting, Drilling, Geology, Facilities, and Operations.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of industry experience in land or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage shifting priorities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Demonstrated ability to identify issues and escalate when necessary. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate potential challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred. In-house experience with a
