Job Description

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Qualifications:
FOR THE GS-13
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
  • Experience applying expert knowledge of a wide range of terminologies, methodologies, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques related to target analysis, weaponeering, target materials, navigation product creation, force application, execution planning, damage assessment, measurement of program effectiveness, and target database management functions contained in the targeting cycle and as they relate to Tomahawk Land Attack Cruise Missiles (TLAMs) and Long -Range Hypersonic Weapons (LRHW) & Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) CPS Hypersonic missiles.
  • Experience applying expert knowledge of Theater Mission Planning Center (TMPC) target database management functions contained in the targeting cycle and an understanding of the principles of analytical and statistical properties of computer database management.
  • Expert knowledge of Joint Targeting processes, requirements, and the relevant DoD, Navy and Joint targeting and strike operations and knowledge of TLAM and
CPS/LRHW
operational planning and execution communities. In addition, expert knowledge of the weapon systems program offices, and planning systems development and acquisition processes.
FOR THE GS-12
