Full Job Description Social Services Director Job Type:

Full Time M-F, 8:30AM-5:00PM We are looking for a detailed oriented candidate with experience for a Skilled Nursing Facility in the San Gabriel Valley, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluating, and direct social service programs in accordance with current existing federal, state, and local standards, as well as our established policies and procedures, to assure that medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis

Requirements:

Two years experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or healthcare setting. Bachelor's Degree preferred or a certification in Social Work preferred. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
