JOB DESCRIPTION
EXTENDEDDAY COUNSELOR QUALIFICATIONS
Current Alabama Teacher's Certification, Bachelor's Degree or higher, with an endorsement in school guidance and counseling Minimum of two years' classroom teaching experience Ability to assess and utilize student dataJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Create a classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth Establish effective rapport with students Motivate students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a good educational foundation Utilize technology to motivate students and prepare students for 21 st century Analyze different data sources in making data-driven decisions for instruction Establish positive relationships with students, parents, co-workers, volunteers, and other visitorsSALARY:
