Qualifications & Skills:

Masters Degree in School Counseling is required Strong grasp of foundational counseling methods and current best practices Demonstrated management and leadership abilities Experience working with individuals, small groups, and entire classroom groups Proficient in building collaborative relationships with teachers, families, and administrators Exceptional spoken and written communication skills Well-developed organizational and problem-solving capabilities Proven analytical skills to evaluate, enhance, and streamline support processes

Key Responsibilities:
