Key Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field; Masters Degree preferred

Active State Counselor License:

LPC, LCSW, LMSW, or LAC required Previous experience with K-12 students in a school-based setting is highly valued Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, families, and faculty Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to student well-being and success

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention to K-12 students Assess student needs and develop strategies for academic, social, and emotional growth Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support holistic student development Deliver classroom presentations and small group sessions addressing social skills, conflict resolution, and mental health awareness Maintain thorough, confidential records and comply with legal, ethical, and district guidelines Youll enjoy the stability of full-time, year-long employment in a rewarding educational setting.
