Essential Functions:
Provide individual and group counseling services to support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and community resources to support student success. Assist students with academic planning, goal setting, and post-secondary readiness. Conduct student assessments and provide recommendations for appropriate interventions and support services. Respond to crisis situations and provide counseling support as needed. Develop and implement school counseling programs aligned with district and state guidelines. Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring student confidentiality. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, parent conferences, and school-wide initiatives. Promote a positive and inclusive school climate that supports student well-being.

$42.00•46.00 per hour 40 hours per week
