Qualifications and Experience:

Master's Degree in School Counseling required Proficiency in foundational counseling practices Demonstrated leadership and group management abilities Skilled in working with individuals, small groups, entire classrooms, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders Outstanding oral and written communication Well-organized with strong problem-solving skills Experience analyzing systems and recommending improvements

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling services to individuals and groups Conduct classroom guidance lessons and interventions Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Maintain thorough and confidential records Implement and monitor programs to improve student outcomes Assess processes, identifying and communicating areas for improvement Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
