EA Family Services is seeking a dedicated Support Counselor to join our Tracy team. EA is a nonprofit organization with offices throughout Northern California, committed to providing safe, nurturing homes for foster youth and supportive services for young adults transitioning from foster care to independent living. Position Overview The Support Counselor provides supportive services to children, youth, foster families, and young adults involved with our programs. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a commitment to helping individuals and families achieve stability and success. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Liberal Arts, or a related field required Experience working with children, youth, foster families, or providing supportive services is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain flexible work hours and days to meet program and client needs Valid DOJ, FBI, and CAIC clearances required Why Join EA Family Services?
