$17.75 per hour Position Summary The Support Counselor provides supportive services to foster youth, foster families, and young adults transitioning out of foster care. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a commitment to improving outcomes for children and families. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (BA) in Social Science, Liberal Arts, or a related field required Experience working with children and providing supportive services to foster families Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain flexible work hours and days to meet program and client needs Commitment to a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to service delivery Requirements DOJ, FBI, and CAIC clearances required Ability to meet all agency employment and compliance requirements Why Work at EA Family Services?
