Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Bilingual School Counselor to support students in a Spanish/English dual language immersion school setting in Aurora, CO. In this role, you'll support students' academic, social-emotional, and behavioral success while fostering an inclusive environment that values bilingualism, cultural connections, and student well-being. You'll collaborate closely with educators, families, and school teams to provide meaningful counseling services and support student growth.
