Qualifications:

Masters Degree in School Counseling (required) Proficiency in basic counseling techniques, leadership, and group management Demonstrated ability to connect with individuals, lead small groups, and facilitate classroom discussions Strong oral and written communication skills Organizational skills with an aptitude for problem-solving Collaborative mindset for working with a variety of stakeholders (administrators, teachers, families) Ability to analyze and improve existing processes within school counseling services

Responsibilities:
