Qualifications:

Masters Degree in School Counseling (required) Proven knowledge of counseling techniques, management, and leadership principles Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to work with individuals, small groups, classroom settings, and partner collaboratively with staff, families, and stakeholders Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Capacity to evaluate existing processes, identifying and implementing improvements

Key Responsibilities:
