Qualifications:

Masters Degree in School Counseling required Solid understanding of counseling techniques, group facilitation, and leadership in an educational environment Proven ability to support individuals, small groups, and larger classroom settings Strong aptitude for collaborative work with students, faculty, and families Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Experience evaluating processes and developing strategies for program improvement

Responsibilities:
