Key Qualifications:

Masters Degree in School Counseling is required Strong foundation in counseling skills, leadership, and management Ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and families Comfortable working one-on-one, with small groups, and in classroom settings Collaborative approach to working with colleagues, school administrators, and external stakeholders Demonstrated excellence in both oral and written communication Well-honed organizational skills and a proven record of problem-solving Skilled in analyzing existing programs and processes to spot improvement opportunities

Core Responsibilities:
