Key Qualifications:

Masters Degree in School Counseling required Competence in basic counseling skills, as well as management and leadership Proficiency working with individuals, small groups, and entire classrooms Experience collaborating with staff, families, and community stakeholders Strong abilities in both verbal and written communication Skilled in organization, problem-solving, and process analysis Enthusiastic about identifying opportunities to improve and streamline operations

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver individual and group counseling sessions, supporting students academic and social development Guide classroom lessons designed to enhance emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and life skills Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to support a positive school climate Develop action plans for students and provide crisis intervention when needed Analyze current counseling procedures to recommend and implement improvements Maintain accurate records and document student progress and program effectiveness Communicate clearly and compassionately with all stakeholders
