Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on social skills, emotional regulation, behavioral management, and mental health support tailored to children and adolescents. Develop and implement comprehensive guidance programs that promote positive behavior, conflict resolution, and healthy adolescent development. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and external agencies to support student success and address diverse needs stemming from cultural backgrounds or behavioral challenges. Develop and manage Edicational Plans with teaching teams. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress, behavioral concerns, and available support resources while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Stay informed about educational compliance regulations and best practices in guidance counseling to ensure the delivery of high-quality support services aligned with legal standards. Qualifications Master's degree in School Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Proven experience working with children or adolescents in educational or social service settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development stages, adolescent behavior management techniques, and social-emotional learning strategies. Familiarity with special education processes, behavioral health interventions, conflict management techniques, and school legal requirements. Excellent communication skills for engaging with students from diverse cultural backgrounds as well as parents and staff. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while providing guidance and counseling that respects student privacy rights. Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, social workers, outside support tutors, and mental health professionals. Pay:

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
