Required Qualifications:

Active Michigan education certificate with School Counselor Endorsement (please indicate all current licensure or certifications upon applying) Previous experience working as a counselor in a school environment, preferably with high school students Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team setting Proficiency in fostering academic growth, supporting social-emotional needs, and guiding students through post-secondary planning

Key Responsibilities:
