Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in School Counseling is required Strong foundation in counseling skills, leadership, and management principles Experience working with individuals, small groups, classroom settings, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders Exceptional oral and written communication abilities Proven organizational proficiency and advanced problem-solving skills Capable of evaluating current processes and initiating improvements that benefit students and school programs

Key Responsibilities:
