Job Description

Step into a dynamic, contract-based counseling opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year, working with upper school students in grades 7-12. This position serves as a College Prep Counselor, guiding students on their educational journeys and supporting their college aspirations through individualized advising and engaging seminar classes. You will play a vital role in helping students make key decisions about their academic and post-secondary paths, as well as contribute to a supportive school environment. The leadership team is actively scheduling interviews and eager to welcome a passionate counselor with the drive to make a meaningful impact.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' school-based counseling experience required Demonstrated experience working with secondary students, particularly in college advising or college prep roles Strong ability to lead seminar classes and facilitate relevant workshops for upper school students Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Deep understanding of the college application process, scholarship navigation, and academic readiness guidance
