An Academic or Guidance Counselor provides guidance to students in elementary, middle and high schools to help them succeed academically and socially. Works with school teachers and administrators to address problems that affect student performance, and identifies resources for students and families. Helps high school students to plan academic course work and advises on the college search and application process.

Open until Filled Dickinson Public Schools is now accepting applications for an Elementary School Counselor.
LOCATION
Lincoln Elementary Final teaching assignments will be decided based on student enrollment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be licensed or be able to obtain the North Dakota Educator's Certificate. Must be able to obtain the School Counselor Credential.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
185 day contract starting in August 2026
SALARY:
Determined off the 2025-2027 Professional Negotiated Agreement. The salary range is $48,922 - $69,047 depending on education and experience.
