Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Assistance Counselor to join our team at Ridge High School starting on October 1, 2026. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting students' emotional, social, and academic well-being. The Student Assistance Counselor will work collaboratively with students, families, and staff to create a safe and supportive environment that fosters student growth and resilience. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying student needs and providing appropriate interventions and resources. Requirements New Jersey Certification Required
