Qualifications:
Hold a valid New Jersey School Counselor certificate Have excellent experience in teaching and working with children Possess data analysis skills in support of credit recovery and graduation goals Has a thorough understanding of graduation requirements Must be committed to developing familiarity with online credit-recovery program data Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and sensitive interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary Demonstrate the ability to use electronic equipment for word processing and data management Bilingual Preferred For more information about this position, please visit the Job Descriptions page.
