  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university
  • New Mexico license applicable to teaching/counseling assignment
  • Able to understand and apply the concepts of strategic planning with resultant successful implementation to enhance student success and improve student achievement
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of individual and group counseling techniques to address student needs
  • Demonstrated communication skills to enhance student, parent, staff and administrative dialogue
