About TinyEYE At TinyEYE Therapy Services, we believe every child deserves access to care that helps them thrive. For over 20 years, our team of dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and mental health professionals has partnered with schools to bridge gaps, support educators, and bring services where they're needed most. Through our virtual care model, we support students from preschool through Grade 12, helping them succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. About the role TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Counselor (SC) to join our mission-driven team. In this part-time, hybrid role, you'll support students from elementary through high school , helping them build confidence, resilience, and strategies for success.

High School Setting:
On-site or hybrid in Alamo What you'll do Provide individual and group counseling sessions that support academic, social, and emotional growth Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster positive learning environments Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and ethical guidelines What we're looking for Active New Mexico certification/licensure as a School Counselor and Student Success license
Preferred:
Experience working with elementary through high school students Strong communication, advocacy, and collaboration skills Comfort and proficiency using virtual platforms for service delivery Commitment to student success and well-being Why Work With Us?
