Key Qualifications and Skills:

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive counseling services to elementary students, addressing academic, career, and personal/social needs Conduct assessments to identify student strengths, needs, and progress Collaborate with school staff and families to develop effective support plans Offer consultations, interventions, and referrals as needed Maintain accurate student records, ensuring confidentiality at all times Support the creation of a safe, inclusive, and engaging school climate This is a full-time contract position with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, beginning as soon as possible and extending through May 2027.
