Qualifications & Experience Masters Degree in School Counseling (required) Proficiency in foundational counseling skills, leadership, and group management Experience engaging with individuals, small groups, classrooms, and collaborating with educational teams Strong oral and written communication abilities Recognized strengths in organizational skills and creative problem-solving Talent for analyzing existing processes and recommending effective improvements Primary Responsibilities Deliver direct counseling services to students individually, in groups, and within classroom settings Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to support student development and achievement Develop and implement proactive programs addressing academic, emotional, and social growth Evaluate current counseling practices, identify areas for enhancement, and implement effective solutions Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional and ethical school counseling standards Provide leadership in shaping a safe, respectful, and supportive school climate Youll benefit from weekly pay, robust healthcare coverage, and a matching 401(k) plan as part of your compensation package.
